Where can I find the Manage Access dialog?

You can find the Manage Access dialog in:

  1. In your dashboard, by clicking the 3 dots menu on any data story.
  2. In the editor under "Publish".

Granting access to my data story

  1. To grant access to users outside your team, click on “Add email address”. You can choose between Editor access and Viewer access.
  2. You can modify your team access:
    1. Team can Edit (default)
    2. Team can View
    3. Hide from Team

Where can I find stories shared with me?

If someone has added your email address, you can find the data story that was shared with you under the "Shared with me" tab on the dashboard screen.

What happens if I grant permission to view only?

The data story will appear in the dashboard. The team or user with whom you shared it will be able to view the draft version of your data story, but cannot edit, rename or delete it.
